Wow, what a Tuesday morning we had! We started our day celebrating Ethan's Birthday! There were balloons, cookies, decorations, and lots of celebrating.
After all of that fun, we had to get busy! With only 5 class days until Christmas Break, there was lots of work to be done! We started the morning with a visit from Mother Goose. She introduced us to Baby Jesus and his family through her Nativity Scene. Then she introduced us to her sheep! We had fun holding and petting all of her sheep. There were big ones and small ones and even puppet ones! We love when Mother Goose comes to visit. She always gives us a special stamp at the end! We are wonderful listeners!

Later in the morning, we made peppermint marble paintings - so fun and pretty!
Decorating our Christmas Trees - first we painted them, and then decorated them. Virginia loved the glittery effect!
We are super busy the remainder of December! We have 3 birthdays to celebrate - 4 including Baby Jesus!
We hope to see you at our Christmas Party. We will have a celebration starting at 11 :00 a.m. in our classroom. You all are invited, we are working hard on decorating our classroom for the party! Our class doesn't participate in a Song Fest of any kind until the end of the year. We will eat a fun snack and play in our classroom during our party. We hope you can come and visit!
